I recently visited this establishment as a walk-in, hoping for a quick consultation. Upon arrival, I was informed that walk-ins would be seen in between scheduled appointments, which I understood. However, after waiting for about an hour while observing other appointments being attended to, I decided to inquire about my wait time.
