Horrible customer service. Expect to be treated like you’re a hassle. If you have kids don’t take them here because they will only be treated like they are also another hassle. The optometrist has been rude to us multiple times but today I decided that I am pulling my two kids my husband and myself from their care.
Just pulled my kids and myself from their care... their staff is seriously lacking in professionalism. I would definitely choose a different optometrist.

Dr Thomas and his staff are the most wonderful group of people! They are truly honest, good and caring. They cater to my crazy whims and always treat me like I have value. I will never go to another eye doctor!!! Thank you for your kindness and patience!
Loved my Dr. Very Very good, thorough and knowledgeable. My wait for an appointment was generally short and usually, the staff was great. However, the last two sets of frames they sold me were inferior in quality and the last pair broke within about 2 weeks of me receiving them. The pair before that broke several times within less than two years and they were fixed by replacing one bow with a bow that was a different color, thickness and length so my glasses look totally stupid and don't fit on my face correctly.
