The only reason we are even giving one star is because we weren't given a choice to leave none. My husband called in and spoke to the receptionist on the phone when he made the appointment, he told her his insurance provider and was told there wouldn't be any fee, his insurance would cover it all. So we made the appointment, paid $30 for a babysitter for our kids for the day so he could make it in, and he drove down from Blackfoot.
