Returning from a 4 Month vacation I walked in to Baldwin Optical & Hearing & was told it had a new owner & employed staff. I was told the old staff had taken some records and I asked them to see if my 40 years doing business with Mr. Pak was still there. They found that they had shipped me a new pair of eye glass to Brandon Fl. in January as I requested. I never heard a complaint in the 40 years supply of vision & hearing aids. His employees were always excellent people.
This place is AMAZING! They make sure you have a great experience from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. The doctor and his staff are so sweet.
