I have been going to Family Vision for years. Went to the one in Anderson, Followed Dr. Graves to Williamston, just recently had my eye exam got new glasses in Clemson. I Love the Staff there but Dr. Graves is Wonderful. He is a Good Christian Man and You feel so at Ease with him. My Visit was A Great Experience. Had to Break down and get Bifocals but I Love Them. If You Dread Going Please call and go see Dr Dirk Graves in Clemson with Family Vision.
Very unsatisfied with my glasses. They can’t seem to get the lens correct. And of course I’ve paid dearly for the frames. Be sure to get reference before choosing any vision location.
The doctors here are awesome, but the scheduling staff needs improvement. Two years in a row I have been forgotten... once in an exam room for an hour while everyone was out to lunch and once in the waiting room for 40 minutes while 4 or 5 people who came in after me were called back to an exam room.
I just got a new pair of glasses and I am completely in love with them! I would like to say thank you to Melissa, Warren, Mim, and Liz for helping me find the perfect pair and being honest about what looked best on me! Everyone that works within the office is very professional and kind. All of the doctors and opticians are great! Highly recommend for all of your optical needs!
