I have always received great care from Family Vision. They are a very personable team that truly care. From Dr Pritzle, to Cheryl and the other girls, they are great at what they do, especially fitting someone with a small head and face. Lol Recently got new frames and lenses. The frame broke in a week and they promptly ordered new ones. They were Unhappy with how the lenses weren't fitting in them properly, so they ordered a new set no charge. Great team to work with at both locations.
Everyone at the office was very professional and friendly, got a very thorough eye exam!
When asked if they could get me in for an appt on very short notice, the Twin Lakes office worked hard to find me an open time. It was very much appreciated!
Follow up from cataract surgery. Everyone is friendly, professional and accommodating.
