Staff very friendly and professional as well. My experience at Family Vision was excellent!
Had a really good experience here. Emergency care for an eye issue. Dr took care of the issue, reassured me and called back to check in a few days later. Front office also refunded co pay overages. Highly recommended.
Straight to voicemail when calling about a late arrival. Tried to check in 12 minutes late after waiting for the desk to clear of customers for five minutes. Was advised it was ‘ten minute late’ and would need to reschedule.
I had a delightful experience.
