Guys, I just had $10 in late fees and rented 2 new releases. Family Video completely waived my late fees just because and said I “won” a free rental. I paid $1.40 total. They do stuff like this all the time. I don’t know how these people even make money honestly. It’s the only place where I constantly leave spending way less money than I was expecting.
