I rented 3 movies and when I got home and our DVD player was broke I called right away and told her! I brought them back the next early afternoon and you would not give me a refund! I guess you don’t trust anyone! Thank you for keeping my money! I owed 13.00 dollars in late fees so I paid them to I honestly didn’t know I owed that! Then while in the store they called someone that owed money and gave them the right to get half off if they paid! Hmmmm I wasn’t offered that! Dorothy Ferris. (Henry Street store)

I have never been talked to on the phone like I was by the employee at the Henry location. Call at 9:56 to re rent a movie and get told I'm cutting it close because he is closing in "30 seconds". Then when I say it's 9:56 so 30 seconds isn't accurate I get hung up on. Never had a problem in all the years of going here until this. And it's true, one bad apple can ruin the bunch. Left a message for management, will never visit this location again.
