The manager was very unprofessional and used profanity. I was told Family Video was family friendly, I will never bring my children again. I spoke with Adam the manager of another store and he apologized. Well that's not enough for me. I made a call to Scott at the regional office, left voice mail and waiting on a return phone call. My experience was terrible and I felt that I was discriminated against regarding my transaction.
