I went to this Family Video in hopes of renting a couple of movies. While waiting in line, an elderly women in front of me with her grandchildren was apparently hard of hearing and was using a note pad to try and communicate with the women working.. the women proceed to yell at this customer in front of other people over a free movie rental.. i don’t know who in their right mind would think communicating to someone who is either deaf or extremely hard of hearing is that right way to approach someone! it was very unprofession... read more
