So tired of the policies changing. Now instead of being able to renew video over the phone, I have to take it in because they no longer do renews over phone (if that's the case I wouldn't renew I'd turn it in). inconvenience for people who have a life and work odd hours that vary daily. so now even if I turn it in I still get a late fee because it will be past closing hours and on top of it it will be a late fee if I cant get it in tomorrow as well. now I renewed my movies last friday over the phone no issues. may have to re... read more
