We just picked our small dog up from your boarding facility today and are absolutely APPALLED at the condition he is in. He is so matted and covered in feces that he cannot to the bathroom. He is full of burrs in his coat. If he was not doing well with being boarded we would have expected a call. I am so upset at his condition right now. We will NEVER board there again and will be changing veterinarians as well.
