The vets at this hospital did not provide quality care or advice for my dog after he tore his ACL. They insisted on exercise to lose weight prior to TPLO surgery, knowing that his other leg was showing weakness in the ACL. They did not put him on a diet regime. This resulted in my dog tearing his second ACL. My dog now required $8000 worth of surgery and the vets showed no compassion or good-will toward us. Amazing crew! Liz and Kevin are outstanding in their field.
This is basically the perfect practice. I feel confident in bringing all my pets here for the genuine, compassionate care and open mindedness of the doctors as well as the dedication and professionalism of the staff. I have always had super high standards of veterinary care and this practice routinely exceeds my expectation.
Dr. Kevin and Dr. Liz are the best and so caring and compassionate. We took our elderly dogs to them for 6 years. They are so thorough and we appreciate that they do a lot of charitable work, including working with Charlie’s Place, the shelter we just adopted 2 new dogs from.
Brought my little failed foster dog to Family Vet for his chronic tooth issues. He is now tooth free and happy as a little bee! I cannot believe how much better and happy TatorTot is now! Dr. Kevin and Dr. Liz are an amazing team, and their staff are just the cherries on top. Love you guys!!
