I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Robert Payne and his team at Family Urology Clinic. From my first visit to my vasectomy procedure, Dr. Payne was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. His medical assistant, Amanda, was fantastic — friendly, supportive, and made me feel completely at ease. The whole staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of urology care!
Dr. Payne It’s absolutely amazing and you feel how Professional and wonderful the entire clinic is When you walk in. I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Payne and he explained everything in the most understandable way possible. Follow up appointments were booked, and I was in and out of there without any time wasted. I wish I could have given them 100 stars, but Google only allows me to give five stars to Dr. Payne and his amazing Clinic staff.
Dr. Payne did the circumcision for my 3.5 month old baby, and everything went really smoothly. Since my son was past the newborn stage, Dr. Payne didn’t agree to proceed right away; he wanted to do a proper exam first. The circumcision wasn’t planned and came up due to a health issue, but Dr. Payne took the time to talk through everything with us and was kind enough to fit us in for an unscheduled procedure so we wouldn’t lose more time.
