They never answer phone
Wastes your time and asks invasive questions not related to the service requested. Seriously unprofessional, made me feel like I had to beg for help and he still denied service even with a direct referral from a physician.
Dr. Payne is a sweetheart as well as his secretary Amanda. My son was born with a kidney condition, that needs to be monitored until he is 18 years old or so. Dr. Payne is always helpful, accommodating, making my son to listen to him and his instructions, not to stress out, and all appointments are starting right on time.
I’ve seen both Dr. Green and Dr. Payne and Dr. Payne by far is my preferred urologist. Dr. Payne really cares about his patients and does his best to make them feel comfortable and relaxed about any procedures being performed. He is a great guy.
Highly recommend Dr. Robert Payne! The procedure for our newborn was seamless and took less than 10 minutes. Our baby didn't even cry, and the whole process was so quick that Dr. Payne actually spent more time carefully explaining the aftercare instructions than the procedure itself took. Truly great experience.
