We've had them out multiple times for tree removal and pruning. Absolutely fantastic work every time! They're great to work with. They're on schedule, on time, and on budget. Elbert is the only person I'll call for tree work!
Update: Got a second opinion and was assured the trees don’t have mistletoe and the tree in front doesn’t need to come down just needs a trim. The owner did respond to the review, however he doubled down and said “it’s 100% mistletoe”. It’s not mistletoe. Additionally he stopped responding when I asked him for his International society of Arboriculture cert number. We had 3 trees we wanted cut down in our back yard. I saw an add on Facebook for Family Tree Service. After getting 2 other bids, Elbert came out and spent some time looking over the trees and gave us a price. They weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expense either. They were quick and efficient at scheduling and tree removal. Very much appreciate their flexibility and advice in all areas. Entire team was pleasant and kind to work with. Will absolutely use them again.
