Never called back for trust info at the time they scheduled . I called them 3 days later and they said they had called three times. In this day and age that information is very easy to verify. There were no calls, no voicemails, and no texts. Instead of apologizing, Craig was more interested in insisting he was right and said I should have called them. I think it is rather strange that Maria has post THREE reviews in the first 5. Is she a paid reviewer? That said, there has been a lot of controversy about this business. I do not know any details except what the accusers have said. I suspect that Family Tree used a 3rd party which mishandled/defrauded clients. I do hope that the truth comes out. However, I asked them to do some legal work on transferring ownership on an item and they did in good time and at a very reasonable cost.
