I have been going here for years! The doctor (Jen) spent 40 mins after hours on the phone with me. She remembered everything weeks later, including where I worked. Truly compassionate, caring health care experience. A great clinic in our community ❤️

I just went to family tree clinic today for the first time and it was such a great experience! My only constructive criticism is that the paperwork asked for “preferred gender pronouns.” While correct gender pronouns are important, the word “preferred” should apply to petty things like Salad dressing preferences, correct gender pronouns as not “preferred” they are mandatory 🌈🌻❤️

I always feel super safe, respected, and accommodated here. Everyone is ridiculously nice & helpful and makes me feel relaxed. They have accepted me no matter my insurance and given me super sound medical advice.
The staff is really friendly and affirming. There's lots of visibly queer and trans folks, which is great. However, they are don't seem to be okay with providing the same range of dosage for HRT that many other clinics are, and won't provide any medical justification for this. I didn't feel I was really being listened to when I voiced my concerns about my dose being too low and was somewhat pressured into accepting that my problems were because of depression/anxiety/other mental health issues rather than my dose being too lo... read more
