Very bad experience with Family Tree Care. While they were working on the neighbouring block, they entered my private property without permission, which is illegal. Using their machinery, they destroyed all of my plants, including lilly pilly that had been growing for over a year. They damaged all the plants I had planted around the septic tank, destroyed the timber edging, the plastic ground covering, and left the entire area ruined. Just had a golden palm removed and a huge lilli pilli trimmed. Appreciate their efforts to retain the shape of the lilli pilli. Happy with their work, price and customer service. Would use again and recommend to others.
Had the guys here this morning trimming a big Jacaranda . I have used them before and they always do an excellent job .They are lovely guys and are professional,efficient and always clean up thoroughly after the job . I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them .
The FTC team are charming. They work hard and carry out their tasks efficiently. In a couple of hours on Monday they trimmed our large trees, removed the branches and debris and tidied up afterwards, thus saving us a huge hassle and multiple trips to the dump! We have used FTC before, will continue to recommend FTC to others and will definitely call upon them in the future to rescue us again. Thank you.
