Totally impressed with how professional and polite they were. Chance, Reed & Josh and the rest of the team were so efficient and knowledgeable in their actions of the removal of our daughter's 150+ year old tree. Would call them any time for another job!
Did the job but NO FOLLOW-UP after the job. My wife was home for the entire job but NO ONE knocked on our door after completion to ask her if she was satisfied with the job. STILL, 3 days later I get a bill, but no mention of our satisfaction. I pulled branches out of our flower beds Saturday due to, I imagine the crew wanting get home Friday night. Not super mad but communication is sorely lacking.
My parents and I had some tree tops and limbs come down in our yard from the storm this past Monday night. The crew showed up this morning and did an awesome job to help clean it up. Thank you Family Tree Care for helping and everything you do.
Family Tree Service did an exceptional job trimming both of our trees! Eli especially was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, giving us thorough communication on what to expect with the trimming of our trees. They are now our “go-to” for any of our future projects. Highly recommend hiring them!
Excellent service! Called on a Thursday with a cracked tree hanging over the street on a windy day. We strapped the tree for a precaution. They were out on the following monday! All debris was cleaned up. The guys did a great job! I would definitely recommend them for any tree service needed!
