This company would be fine with straight forward cases, but do not use them if this is a requirement of your home insurance. They do not work well with insurance companies. I had the worst experience with this company. From the very first meeting, we made it clear that the cost of removing the tree would be split because it was our neighbor's tree that was damaging our house. When the owner came out to inspect the tree, he specifically told us the best way to handle it was to get something in writing from the neighbor so the neighbor would be responsible for their half of the bill. Very impressed by the crews work on the trees. We had one tree trimmed back from over the driveway and another trimmed back from the house. One tree we had completely removed. When the crews were all said and done, the cleanup of the debris and yard was awesome. Very responsive to calls and other communications. Very reasonable pricing.
They did an amazing job coming out giving us an estimate. They worked with us and around our work schedule. When they came out to complete the job, they did not disappoint. They did exactly as promised and everything looks great. They cleaned everything up. I really appreciate the work they did for us. Would definitely recommend.
I had a great experience with Family Tree Care. They arrived right on schedule, were very respectful of our property, and did an excellent job cleaning up when the work was done. Definitely worth the wait list, and I would highly recommend them!!
