Let me first say that the team that came to take care of my tree were actually a team. Seemed like no one was standing still unless it had a purpose. After the branch came down, they quickly moved it out of the backyard and into the chipper. Then they raked the area for any loose branches on the ground (who else does that?) I was thoroughly impressed with this company and it's team. I will keep them in my address book just in case I need help in the future.
Our experience with Family Tree Care was excellent. The looked at the job, provided an estimate and did the work as agreed.
Raymond and his crew did an exceptional job not only in cutting down and trimming the trees that we discussed but the clean up at the end of the job was above and beyond. Thank you for your hard work.
