First time to call regarding my Lexus N300. The indicated "AWD is malfunction 2wd mode engaged". The staff can speak English of course, further both Mandarin and Cantonese, and simply suggested removing the gas tank gap and re-tightening it, and then solved the problem. I will go to the shop forever instead the dealership. Actually, we called the dealership and made an appointment, and I guess it will cost fortune at the end of the day.
I was recommended this shop by a friend who lives in Aurora. I am a licensed mechanic no longer working in the trade. Certain repairs I can do but other jobs require specialized equipment or a hoist to make things easier. I've been sending my mom to the shop to get maintenance done. With complete peace of mind, we go to this shop for our car repairs. I’ve referred several friends and family members, and they’ve all been satisfied. Very polite and professional mechanics. They helped change my winter tires within 30 minutes. And it was very easy to make appointment. The price was super reasonable.
