This shop deserves 10 stars!! Bobby has been a dream to work with and on my last visit really went above and beyond! My SUV was booked in for brakes on a Thursday in January and we had plans to take the vehicle to Niagara for the weekend the next day. Thursday morning arrives and it is "Snowmageddon", nearly a foot overnight. I started getting my oil changes at Family Tree Automotive last year. The guys are always super polite and respectful. I’ve been hearing some grumbling noises in my exhaust and brought it in to have it checked out. They checked a few times and the result was that it was fine. I felt really bad for wasting their time and was prepared to pay for it, but they didn’t charge me! You can trust that they are honest with their work and pricing which unfortunately many shops are not.
My wife went to this store for engine oil change while Mr Lube weren’t able to provide the oil change service due to the tightened lid (they were afraid of breaking it). We were concerned at the beginning when heading to Family tree automotive under the recommendation by our friend, unexpectedly, the whole process went very smoothly and the technician came out just charging us one extra $5 (replaced with a new lid or sth) on top of old change service.
