My heat went off at my home when I was away. The temps were hovering around freezing. I've been trying to find a plumber in the area, but really never needed one until now. We thought our faucet was stripped and needed to be replaced. We wanted to stay local, so we contacted Family Tradition Plumbing. They came during the time window we were given. However, it turned out that only a screw needed to be tightened. We were shocked with a bill for $169 for less than 10 minutes of work. We were first time customers and last time customers all in the same day.

They came to my home to repair a leaky spigot outside. They were my “second opinion” plumber because the first plumber said that they could not replace the spigot from the outside. On the inside, the spigot backs up to the inside of my utility room, and the furnace was in the way of the pipe that ran into the house. Plumber #1 advised me to move the furnace (and he had someone who could do it!). Would have cost thousands. Traditional Family Plumbing fixed outside spigot in 15 minutes. I told my neighbors!
