We just had a company try to talk us into spending thousands of dollars on a new unit. It didn’t seem right, so we called Jeff at Family Tradition for a second opinion. Jeff was able to completely resolve our problems with a new valve at a reasonable price!! We’re so blessed to have met such a wonderful man with such integrity and will be using and highly recommending him in the future.

They came to my home to repair a leaky spigot outside. They were my “second opinion” plumber because the first plumber said that they could not replace the spigot from the outside. On the inside, the spigot backs up to the inside of my utility room, and the furnace was in the way of the pipe that ran into the house. Plumber #1 advised me to move the furnace (and he had someone who could do it!). Would have cost thousands. Traditional Family Plumbing fixed outside spigot in 15 minutes. I told my neighbors!

They were fantastic! I had originally called another plumber who gave me an outrageous price. I called Family Traditional Plumbing who came out same day and fixed the issue in a fraction of the cost. I’ll used them again!

Family Plumbing & Heating is a very professional company. They came right out within the hour for a hot water heater problem. They scheduled a replacement and ordered the HWH. Installation and service was prompt. All is good and properly working. They are now my Plumbing Company!!
