They initially diagnosed the hood issue and informed me that certain parts needed to be ordered and replaced. Later, they asked me to bring the vehicle back, stating that the required parts had arrived. However, after I came in, the hood problem was still not resolved. I have been coming to Family Toyota of Arlington Service Center for about 3 years. Based off my experience, I have nothing but praise for them. The representatives are professionals that will work with you on what your vehicle needs. Along with providing reasonable options for repair. Then, the mechanics do amazing work on your vehicle in a timely manner. It has definitely kept my over 100K miles car in pristine quality.
