I am posting my first one-star review to warn others about the profoundly negative experience my family endured under the care of Sue Cook at Family TLC. My three sons and I were required to participate in court-ordered “reconciliation” therapy intended to help them reconnect with their father. This process was not only ineffective but also deeply distressing and traumatic, especially for my children, due to Ms. Cook’s approach and lack of understanding of complex family dynamics involving Narcissistic Personality Disorder. ... read more
I have gone to Family TLC for counselling over the last 15 years. I know that Family TLC will always be there and will support me through my life transition. Life would not be the same if I had not had them to help me. I truly believe things can get better.
