Quiero compartir mi mala experiencia en este lugar. Fui a cambiar las gomas y desde el principio el servicio fue pésimo. La recepcionista nunca me ofreció alineamiento, me dejó esperando un montón y jamás me preguntó si necesitaba algo. Y lo más grave: ¡pagando por gomas nuevas me instalaron dos usadas! Me siento engañado y con cero confianza en cómo trabajan. Honestamente, no recomiendo a nadie que pase por lo mismo.
Family Tires is the best. They are the only shop I use since I moved to Harrisburg. They have so far fixed a blown out tire on my previous car, my current, radiator, serpentine belt and AC compressor. Each time I go back I take them the part and they install it at a VERY fair price. Awesome people who actually try to take care of their customers, rare for mechanics these days.
