The reviews are 100% correct about this place, the customer service was amazing, they were able to get me in same day for a complete brake and rotor replacement and had competitive pricing. Brakes have been feeling amazing and touchy (just how I want and like em) and now my car finally stoped shaking when I used my brakes
I feel totally ripped off!!! I had new shocks installed on my Denali. They said they had store a 1 year warranty. I kept getting random alerts to service my suspension. When I would go in, either they didn't have time to look so I would have to bring it by @8am then wait. When I was able to go into the shop, the "WiFi wasn't working" so they could diagnose the issue to repair it. By the time I could go in again to have them look at it, it was past the warranty. Great service at a fair price.
The definition of family owned and operated. Staff are friendly and willing to help, keep you informed of delays. They were able to order in the tires we needed at a competitive price. I also didn't know they offered full service mechanic work. We will definitely use them for all vehicle needs going forward. They also have Spanish speaking customer service staff. Extra bonus: the cleanest restroom I've ever seen at a car shop! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great mechanic in Utah County!
