My 80 year old mother walked in and the front desk staff wouldn't give her the time of day, they said her english was terrible and they couldn't understand her and they went to get their hispanic/latino mechanic to talk to her. My mothers english is perfect. This business needs to learn about microaggression behaviors as a form of discrimination directed at marginalized groups. hint- it can be verbal or behavioral and convey derogatory or negative messages. look it up. do better... read more
