I came in to make my truck stop knocking and specifically asked them to replace both u-joints but they ignored that and said replacing the ball bearings on my two rear tires would solve the problem. This cost me over $1,000. When I came back after finding that the knocking sound didn't go away their technicians looked at it again and then told me that I actually have multiple problems with my tires/drivetrain that could be causing the knocking but that it would cost well over $2,000.
