Really bad form. Took van in for alignment. $ 49. They said it needed upper and lower ball joint replace both sides.$ 600. When I came to pick it up they claimed that the camber was slightly out but that was not adjustable. I would not use again. You might want to check and see the role on ball joints in camber. The ball joints define the suspension tower angle.
go anywhere but Family Tire This company is the biggest RIP OFF! They tell you that you need all these repairs done to your vehicle when in fact you don't, they just want to jack your bill up. They are not customer friendly if you disagree with them. Alot of their staff is not well trained upfront except when it comes to ripping you off. The FAMILY is on the same program when it comes to that.
