Stay clear of family time vacation rentals. When we arrived at 3 bears cabin on Thursday we unpacked all of a groceries for the weekend into the fridge. A few hours later opened up the fridge and it was completely warm. Messaged the number we had and let them know it was around 9:30 at night. RecommendedThe cabin is awesome. Enjoyed the weather. Until the day we had to leave, with all the snow the plow machine never showed up and we had to plow ourselves. A good samaritana stop by to help. Thanks to him we were able to leave.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful and caring service that they gave us in 2018. They turned a vacation that could have been a nightmare into a time of great joy and renewal. Family Time gives personal service with highly competitive prices. We will be using them on ALL future trips to Utah.

We have rented from Family Time Vacation Rental twice and will happily rent from them again. They are very easy to work with and when we had an issue, Lisa was there right away to help us out. The house was gorgeous and exceptionally clean. Great company!

HORRIBLE company to work for they largely underestimate the time it takes to clean a unit but say if it takes longer to do it right they will pay you, but after spending the extra time to clean it right start making up reasons not to pay you for your time & had me buy over $100 in supplies they failed to reimburse me for
Had an amazing time in duck creek village 10 of us all family stayed in strawberry fields cabin we had lots of room to spread out be more then comfortable huge dining table and kitchen bathrooms were equipped with everything we needed had food at the village great place was able to take care of our group no problem great food and when we weren't at the cabin we were out exiting Bryce and Zion and even the caves too. We rented a 3 BR cabin at Duck Creek Village to visit Bryce and Zion two weeks ago over Easter Break (2018). Pre rental instructions were good. We were assured there would be laundry detergent available. Main floor was nicely appointed. Lower floor (other two bedrooms) had minimal heating (even after turning on heat), and no DirectTV for lower floor TV. There was some laundry powder leftover. We called/texted management - were told laundry detergent would be delivered the next morning. Never delivered. Two people in our part... read more

My family and I stayed at the Navajo Cabin in Brian Head which was an amazing location. Great look out points from the upper deck. Cabin was well kept and maintained. Log exterior walls and beautiful wood floors and interior. Matt's team followed up before our arrival to check on us. The existing BBQ quit functioning as guests I'm sure put it to good use and later that afternoon returning from our hike a very nice replacement was in its place! Wow!
