I was parked in plaza beside the clinic and Dr. Carmelo Domenicucci comes up and say do not park here go on the other side. clinic was close if it would have been open i understand. Why he issues with people parking there no idea. He took picture of my car and number plate, when i got to talk to him, he run away in his car. This dude have some issues that need to be checked out. I Attached picture of him too with this.
