I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with this amazing florist a few weeks ago, (especially the Owner Louella.) We live in Dallas Texas and have lots of family in Pike county but primarily in Phelps. I had a special cousin who is still ill and has been in The Pikeville Hospital and a Nursing home in Phelps. I found Family Ties on the internet and was influenced by there 5 star reviews.
