Terrible customer service!!!! And the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. She acted as if helping my elderly mother was an issue.. very upset
watch them when they check you out they won't put all the items in your bags that you purchased and paid for and then claim that they hadn't seen them and won't refund your money either. bunch of crooks to me
Worst customer service. I will not be disrespected by a teenager while the manager looks on. You might not miss my business, but how long will you stay in business with the inmates running the asylum? The prices and selection are definitely not worth the abuse.

I literally travel from Oklahoma to visit this thrift store once a year. I find so many name brand items and thrifty prices. The clothing is organized by color or by style. Always happy with my purchases!
The clothes were in great shape. Good prices. The customer service was good. Young Hispanic girl was super polite and helpful.
Michelle has became the new manager at McCart Thrift that place has not been the same she is very rude nasty to customers ask for ID and throw it back to them instead of hand it to them I have called corporate on her several times and she is still there she should be removed and the white lady that the customers are talking about in the comments is Michelle and if everybody gets together and call in on her and let corporate know how she is then they will let her know how all the customers feel about her and maybe she would c... read more
