I have been taking my children to this place for years, only because It is so hard to find psychiatric providers. I also love of Andrea Polk. She is awesome with us and I wish she were with another practice. The office staff is UNCARING and the lady who runs the place is rude and refuses to return phone calls. My son has been seen by Dr. Lottie Walker for the past several years. She is very good with him and has always called me back whenever I had any questions. She is very attentive to my special needs child's needs and has called me back on her days off whenever I had an urgent circumstance arise. I appreciate any doctor who is willing to go the extra mile when it comes to a patients needs, especially on their days off. This speaks volumes of her personal care and level of professionalism.

The Family Therapy Center is very nice. Almost 40 years old and have been going to psychiatrists for years. I've been around, too, so what I'm saying is I have experiences from different psychiatrists- in the military, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee. Anyway, I've been going there for between 4-5 years. My psychiatrist, I researched before even going. These people really should not be allowed to give any advise. I am very surprised that BBB has not closed this practice. I'm sure they received there degree from Toys-r-us. If your marriage is in trouble and you want to save it... dont go here!!!!!!

Best Family Therapy Center I have been to in YEARS – I have been going to this Family Therapy Center for 3+yrs, and I will have to say the front desk staff lacks some professionalism, however, they aren't their to entertain you. If you are offended by the staffing at the front desk sit at the back read a book listen to your Ipod, they are not there to make your personal experience a pleasant one, you can't please everyone all the time, so should they try to please just you, they will offend someone else. Not going here again! – I was very disappointed in the service I recieved. Ladies up front were very unfriendly, and like the other review, laughing and playing around the entire time I waited. Thay acted like I was stupid when I asked them to explain the insurance coverage again. Wait time was longer than what I expected as well. Over priced too! Just not what I expected from a "family" therapy center.

the family therapy center – I strongly disagree with the above reviews. I have been seen there for about 3 years and have always been treated wonderfully. My doctor is smart and helpful and is always there when I need her. All of the therapist have always been super nice and I have never seen any flirting happen at all between the front office staff or any of the doctors or therapists. Very disappointed – The staff is rude...and insensitive. Many people who are waiting for their appointments are hurting and the staff is cracking jokes and giggling...and always seem to be flirting with one of the doctors...even the therapists flirt. Very unprofessional. I agree with the above post. They must have got their degrees from K Mart...A Wal-Mart degree would be like a Harvard degree for them. Sorry, but that's my experience.
