Jessica Roling is exceptional. She’s incredibly discerning, projects concern and is nonjudgmental. Yet she challenges me when needed, it’s clear she genuinely cares about my progress. Even when she pushes back, I never doubt she’s on my side. I leave every session feeling I've been truly heard and supported. Highly recommend if you want someone sharp, caring, and fully in your corner.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. My husband and I booked a VIP Intensive Session with the promise that we would leave the session with tools that we could use for our marriage. That was not the case. We spent 3 hours discussing a timeline of how we met up until present day. Their website says they dig deep to root causes and will provide communication tools during this one intensive session. This is not true. Save your money and find somewhere else.
Don’t bother if your case is complicated. They referred me elsewhere because they don’t have experience with personality disorders. Meanwhile, I don’t even have one. I have autism, ADHD, and a dissociative disorder, and I was looking for couples counseling. You’d think they would’ve read the forms I spent an hour filling out. Oh well, neurodivergent folks, look elsewhere.
I have been using Family Therapy Associates for the past four months, and I have been very satisfied with the services, the environment, and my therapist. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the waiting area is spacious and inviting, with coffee and drinks available.
