I have had countless problems with this center, and at this point I would not recommend it to other families. My concerns are not based on one bad day or one misunderstanding. This has been an ongoing pattern for about 2 years of poor judgment, poor communication, and policies that seem to only matter when it is convenient for staff. I’ve been so thankful for all the improvements my daughter has made since she started. She’s been learning to breathe before she has a meltdown and they have not been as intense. They’ve helped me learn to speak her language more so I’m able to help her and speak to her in a way where she understands. For us the staff has been great.
