Zoe at the front desk is absolutely the best...no one is even close in the social services biz!!! All other staff who "worked" with me are meh at best... Which is never what you're hoping for when their supposed to be advocates! 1/2-Star w/o Zoe the Good Witch, and her endless empathy and thoughtfulness, in case you were wondering...

I’ve reached out to DV advocate Allison multiple times seeking support, but unfortunately received minimal response. Another staff member intervened and contacted her on my behalf. Allison eventually responded, and offered to meet at the exact date and time of my court hearing, despite my request for guidance before that exact day and time which was communicated to her. Family Support Center South Sound has been the Coordinated Entry "hotline" provider for Thurston County. This is a fraudulent "service" as FSCSS never calls you back, does not discuss homeless services, and is generally NOT AVAILABLE as a 24/7 live person as described. HEAT scores do NOT reflect those whom have been through National disasters, and HUD does NOT follow through with disaster survivors to assure that HUD funds are distributed to those whom applied with FEMA.
