The owners name is Rick. He's very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating.
My husband called family storage to see what units they have available, the lady said the owner was out of town and to call back next week, he said he really needed a unit by next Saturday she told him that's too bad and hung up. Unfortunately that was enough for us to go somewhere else.
