Went here a few months ago agree with the other reviews a joke for sure . Never gave me any medicine for my ear infection went to Walgreens and they treated the infection. Don't waste your time. Just want to make a fast buck. Stop and don't go .
Do not go here! The provider who saw me by the name of Cheryl was awful. Very rude and not friendly at all. She gave me the wrong antibiotics so I had to see my PCP anyways. Also, my husband was treated by her as well and she misdiagnosed him! He too had to see his PCP after being treated there.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Highly recommend to stay away from this place. The receptionist is extremely rude. They made a copy of my card time of visit or refused to see me with out making a copy of my debit card. Two weeks later my account got charged an absurd amount of money by them with out a statement or any explanation. Their billing department phone number doesn’t awnser the phone or call you back.
I was very skeptical about going here because of all of the reviews online. Once I located the place inside Acme Supermarket the young lady of the receptions counter was very pleasant and friendly. Michelle, the nurse practitioner who took care of me, was awesome! She made sure I understood everything she was telling me. And, she listened as I rambled on about what was my problem. Don't believe the reviews. My experience was awesome!
Do not waste your time going to this minute clinic! They are rude, the desk person and the NP's! And if they can't help you they won't give you your money back either! Go to the Acme in Ellet. They are so much nicer there!!!
