Have the manager be respectable to the customer when they receive UNDERCOOKED chicken instead of arguing with them. Unreal service tonight and I'm very disappointed in this restaurant but more in the "management" staff that is in place. A 17 year old could have handled our situation with more flair then the manager did tonight.
Waitress, pulls the French Vanilla coffee creamer.. literally as I’m reaching for it.. says they’re all out and the other lady called DIBS.. on them!!! Ok, guess how your tip is going to look... DIBS on that!! That was so distasteful and unprofessional..
Amazing local family placed that clearly supports the community and diversity. Chatted with the owner and enjoyed the discussion abut how the building was once a Mr Quick. Nice size portions, exceptional service, very good food that will leave you with that Thanksgiving dinner feeling! Highly recommend and certainly have a desire to return if in the area again!
