Anyone struggling with weight loss and want to get a jump start on the weight loss journey..... I recommend Dr. Links and his staff. They have the Ideal Protein program at the clinic. Since I have started it I have lost 30 pounds and a total of 12 inches and feel great. They are very encouraging and helpful. They always give me tips and commend me on my efforts. I am very comfortable around them and it's all because of how they help me with the program.
I was in a great deal of pain for the past two weeks in my neck and shoulders and I could barely turn my neck to my left side. I slipped on our wet deck a few months ago and wrenched my left knee. I literally could not walk on it at all for several days. After limping for several weeks, I went to see Dr. Links. He worked a miracle on my knee. I had to do some difficult exercises, but I started seeing results within a day or two. My knee is now 100% healed. I never would have believed it could heal this quickly.
