Terrible experience with this practice! Dr Terranova did not listen to me when I explained the pain I was experiencing. I have nerve damage from an inguinal hernia surgery. The website says they can do a nerve block to stop the pain. Dr. Terranova insists that I get an MRI of my lumbar spine. I had an MRI 15 months ago and the administrative staff told me that would be acceptable. When I went in for my appointment they said I would need another MRI which is a waste of time and money. Referred to Dr. Hernandez but saw a new physician that apparently just had joined the practice. The exam consisted of her simply touching my left leg with her right hand asking if I felt the touch. I have severe bilateral leg pain caused by a previous botched epidural (proven at SMH ER} when the providing physician could not be found for days and eventually was found to have been fired. Family Spine and Pain institute is very worthy of 5 stars. Everyone is so pleasant. Dr. Henriquez is not only extremely knowedgable, he is kind, compassionate and and truly interested in taking your pain away. I highly recommend him.
