Referred to Dr. Hernandez but saw a new physician that apparently just had joined the practice. The exam consisted of her simply touching my left leg with her right hand asking if I felt the touch. I have severe bilateral leg pain caused by a previous botched epidural (proven at SMH ER} when the providing physician could not be found for days and eventually was found to have been fired. Family Spine and Pain institute is very worthy of 5 stars. Everyone is so pleasant. Dr. Henriquez is not only extremely knowedgable, he is kind, compassionate and and truly interested in taking your pain away. I highly recommend him.

The personnel of this facility are amazing. I (Eduardo Hurtado) want to especially acknowledge Sarah! She was great. Rachel, and Chad as well. The place is clean, tidy. Dr Terranova was also very nice. I highly recommend it.
