After being with this practice for 12 years, I'm out. The owner sold to a Texas chain and it has become a revolving door. I never knew who was going to work on my teeth; I prefer to have one dentist and one hygienist who know me. When I called to ask that my records be sent to my new dentist, I reached a call center (in Belize!!), then got switched back to the Pennington office. Is this really the way to treat patients?
