Great dental office. Everyone is friendly and extremely good at their jobs. Gabriel at the front desk is most helpful with booking appointments & answering questions. Carame just recently cleaned my teeth & my son’s teeth. She had no trouble cleaning my Down Syndrome son’s teeth. She is gentle and very thorough. Dr. Kim is excellent at his job. He has the latest equipment to diagnose your needs. He has filled teeth for me and also done root canals.
I can’t say enough great things about this office! From the moment you walk in, Gabriel at the front desk is welcoming, organized, and makes the whole check-in process quick and easy. The office itself is always clean, comfortable, and professional. Dr. Kim is truly skilled, gentle, and very thorough. My son had got hit in the mouth by accident and his tooth came loose. Called Family Smiles and without hesitation they got me in to see the dentist (on a Friday when they were fixing to close). Dr Kim was so nice and even got on the phone to let me know the plan to get his tooth back to where it needs to be. I highly recommend them. Such a nice and understanding group of people.
Dr. Kim and his staff are absolutely amazing! I have severe dental anxiety, so going to the dentist is never easy for me. From the moment I walked in, everyone was calm, kind, and reassuring, which immediately helped put me at ease. I had some tooth pain and was able to come in the next day. Dr. Kim is very professional, knowledgeable and unrushed. He took the time to listen to my history and ask questions. I was able to get my x-rays and cleaning for a VERY reasonable price (having no insurance). The office is clean. The rest of the staff is also amazing. I will definitely be back and will recommend to others.
