Don't for 1 minute think they are cleaning and preparing for the next patient... you are called back 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment, then they are setting up the room for the procedure you are in for. Been on the lobby over 7 hours (so far) waiting for scan results of the abdomen They say no rooms are open but when we went back to do his blood work and urine, there was like four or five rooms getting prepped and people that showed up hours after us we're getting both admitted and leaving and we're still in the waiting room This is a matter of him not having insurance. disappointed gown smelled like old man worn it stretcher wheels not balanced, hard pull up side rail staff very professional but will not go there again surrounder by 6 men for procedure very embarrassing they were professional but I felt like pot roast being prepped
After a catastrophic car wreck, I was transported to HCA - Conroe. There I met my excellent surgeons, Dr. Elders and Dr. Goodwyn who repaired by very broken left leg and pelvis, respectively. The care I received at this wonderful facility was effective, efficient, and kind! The nurses and the nurse aides were superb, as well as my surgeons. They accommodated my Life Partner and me in every way possible to make a difficult stay comfortable!
