I went to this dental office on Monday 1/19/26 to make an appointment for a teeth cleaning. This location was given to me by my insurance as being in-network. When I arrived, I asked the front desk to verify my insurance and schedule an appointment for Thursday 1/22/26. The front desk staff refused to verify my insurance and said they would “do it on Thursday.” At the time, there were no other patients in the office, and part of the office lights were turned off, so they were clearly not busy.
