Dr. Bohan is a good dentist who's expertise and, advice goes far beyond his colleagues. I was his last patient at 5:30 and, he didn't give me the rush job I gotta go home service... My 5 stars go to you don't let those haters be stressing you out from leaving your position...
I’ve had two bad experiences now. Recently I had a 3pm appointment for fillings, I showed up 20 minutes early, and was still in the waiting room until 4:30pm. They finally called me back in the chair, took x-rays, and I sat for another hour. At 5:30, they come tell me it’s too late to get started on any fillings today, but they would do a quick cleaning. Worst dentist I have ever been to! I will not go back they nor will I recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!! If I could give zero stars I would, this is the WORST dental company I ever been too I went there on 6/23/18 to get a tooth pulled the dentist told me I might need to pull 2 ok no problem, they told me with my insurance I will have a deductible of $50 ok no problem, after I pay the $50 then I am told the tooth that I want to get pulled will cost me almost $300 because its a wisdom tooth I can pay the money or wait for them to contact my insurance on the following Monday to see how much is covered and someone will call me bac... read more
The doctor has an amazing hand
First I was called 3 different times to confirm the appointment, even though I answered on the 1st time and confirmed. That was annoying. Then my husband and daughter arrived 10 minutes prior to her appointment time, and were not called back to a room until 55 minutes later, that is 45 minutes past the appointment time. First review ever. I have never had a worse experience. First time to the dentist in several years. Made an appointment. Paid cash. After about 20 minutes in the waiting room i get called. Sit in the chair and now wait an additional 20 minutes. 4 different people popped in, asked if I had any pain, and claimed someone would be in shortly. Eventually they did some Xray thing. Took my son to this dentist. Worst mistake ever. The Dr. has no idea on how to work with kids. NO PATIENCE at all. Not to mention the waiting. I will never take my son again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I went in for a check up and was told I needed 5 fillings and a root canal. After the Novocaine injection for the filling, I have almost no mobility of my jaw. Opening it to brush my teeth is almost impossible and brings me to tears. Its been THREE WEEKS since the filling. I have to eat an all-liquid diet and some days it is COMPLETELY shut, making it impossible to go to work.
