I can not say enough good things about this company and their staff. The office staff was so nice and helpful. My sleep technician went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.

Worst experience, my friend had an appointment and while we sat there waiting the office staff (pregnant girl) was sitting in a room on her cell phone texting and then gossiping about “horrible “ patients to another employee—they obviously don’t know anything about HIPPA in this office. The office was outdated and unprofessional. My friend has called numerous times but always gets the run around and the receptionist has to take messages every time since she can’t reach any other employees. What a horrible experience. Do not use this company. The front office is very rude and condescending. Must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees. One day the people that actually take pride in what they do will get rid of these people and hire people that really want to help!

Top notch facility and service. The sleep tech (stephanie) is one of the greatest human beings you could ask for. I can only speak for the Hurst location, GO THERE!
