Horrible answering system, you cant just leave a message, you have to spell the name of the person, how the hell are you supposed to know who works there if youre just calling in regards to a question.... Without a name or extension, you cant leave a message. The phone doesnt even ring but ONCE then it goes straight to voicemail.
