I don’t normally write reviews, but the blonde young lady, I think her name was julia or julie at the front desk was so understanding, polite, and respectful to my wife and made us feel welcome. overall our experience was wonderful, but she deserves credit where credit is due!
I had such a great experience thanks to the blonde girl working at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. She answered all of my questions with patience, made the whole process easy, and had such a positive attitude. Great customer service like hers really stands out and made my visit so much better. She deserves recognition for how kind and helpful she is!
Go anywhere but here. This place is awful. Janet Mcbride is an amazing therapist but its ends there. Doctors don't show up for appointments. Front desk staff come up with every excuse they can muster to not schedule appointments... Front desk except for.the other Janet are all useless. The providers are good as long as you get an actual psych instead of a nurse practitioners. I have been a client for 7 years. The last year has been nothing but issues. Meds going to the wrong pharmacy...doctors not showing for their appointme... read more
I love this place...so far... my therapist so far is AMAZINGGGG.... (shout out to John). Gabriel also was very kind and actually listened and did not tell me to imagine I was on a beach somewhere... KUDOS to that lol. The only issue I have is trying to get my medication resent. to another pharmacy and getting a hold of someone to tell them what the pharmacy needs was kind of frustrating, other than that!!! Will recommend :)
