I called, seeking help for my C-PTSD; et al. After a slew of questions, the employee getting more exasperated, as I dealt with my panic. I only ended up calling Family Services after calling all the referrals I received from therapists, and being referred to here, by the last... I’m unaware of who I spoke with on the phone, but the tone of the conversation was nothing less than condescending. After waiting I was hung up on. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but for a therapy clinic this is absurd.

I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and was referred to Chelsea McGuire after graduation to continue my care. I have seen Chelsea for a year and some months now and have been overall very pleased with my experience. I find Family services to be an exceptional staff and facility. I feel comfortable and safe there as the staff are often friendly and inviting. I have found their COVID19 response to be fantastic.
